Dear Friends,

 

             Eatonton First United Methodist Church celebrated its 150th birthday in 2008. 

Located in Putnam County, Eatonton borders both Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair, and is very much at the heart of the popular “lake country” of Georgia.   The church is located two blocks north of the town square in Downtown Eatonton.

We are a church of approximately 850 folks, with many children and youth.  
            We offer programs and experiences for all who seek to follow Christ.  

You will find a warm, welcoming home here, and we hope you will join us in ministry and service to 
            our rapidly growing community.

Service Times:

Summer Schedule (May 31-Aug. 9):
One special blended service at 10 am in the Great Hall.

Regular Schedule:
    8:30 am Traditional Service in Historic Sanctuary
    9:00 am Contemporary Service in the Great Hall
    11 am Traditional Service in the Great Hall

Our Wednesday night supper, Bible Study, Children and Youth activities will begin on August 19th.  We have a place for everyone - come "Get Connected."  Learn more on the Resources Page.
